"Several months ago I found myself pregnant, living in a youth shelter with little support." Hi, My name is Nia and I now live at W.I.N.G.S. Maternity Home. I'm sooo thankful for all the help that I have been receiving here at W.I.N.G.S. Not only do I live in a safe and loving environment, but one that offers me help me with education and life skill training as I move towards my desired career as a nutritionist. Celebrating HOPE! Last call for 2016 Donations!
Pregnant, homeless, and staying at a local Youth Shelter, Nia found herself full of what seemed to be unanswerable questions. "How can I move ahead? Will I be able to keep my baby? How can I make it?" Thankfully this story continues with Nia coming to live at W.I.N.G.S. Maternity Home, giving birth to a healthy baby boy, finding positive answers to her once overwhelming questions, and proving to be a fantastic mom.

In mid September, WINGS Maternity Home hired Art Henkel to serve as our Executive Director of Growth and Development.  "Uncle Artie" brings to the table years of experience both working with and advocating for, children. In the past, Art has worked as youth/kids pastor,  kids entertainer, non-profit worker and volunteer.
